Whether it's parenting, marriage, teaching, or leading, I want to be another human's liaison to success.  Watching my former science students become doctors; watching my husband live out his dreams as a film director; watching our children become independent, successful, happy citizens of our world brings me utter joy.  However I can help them achieve their goals is my measure of success as well.
